ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER ASSIGNING SCOTT ROTHSTEIN


OR ROTHSTEIN ROSENFELDT ADLER, P.A. CIVIL CASES

(a) Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215(b)(3) states the chief judge shall
“develop an administrative plan for the efficient and proper administration of all courts
within that circuit.”
(b) The cases regarding Scott Rothstein or Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, P.A. are
complex and should be heard by one judge for judicial economy.
(c) In accordance with the authority vested in the chief judge by Florida Rule of
Judicial Administration 2.215, it is ordered:

(1) Any and all new civil cases wherein Scott Rothstein or Rothstein Rosenfeldt
Adler, P.A. are a named party shall be assigned by the Clerk of Circuit Court to
Division 19.
(2) Any and all open and active civil cases wherein Scott Rothstein or Rothstein
Rosenfeldt Adler, P.A. are a named party shall be assigned by the Clerk of Circuit Court
to Division 19 upon entry of an order of disqualification or recusal by the assigned
judge.
(3) The matter of FDS Investments USA LLC, et al. v. Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler,
P.A., et al., Case Number CACE 09-5973-21 shall be immediately reassigned by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to Division 19.
