INVESTIGATIVE FINDINGS
Isabella Anne Constance Marie Wiens was born on June 11,2014. She was living a foster home and was in frequent

found tobe lying on ber stomach with the comforter completely covering her body, incuding her head, Isabella was

POST MORTEM EXAMINATIONS
