We at MAEER’s Maharashtra Institute of Technology (established 1983), introduce ourselves as pioneers in the

Exam Fee per Attempt :

For all the subjects First attempt exam fees @ Rs. 200 per Subject / US $ 50 has to be paid at the time of examination.

For Subsequent attempts the exam fees will be Rs. 200 per Subject / US $ 50 Payable at the time of examination.

The total fees (Prospectus fee + Registration fee + Course fee + Exam fee) for the course is to be paid in full at the time of
admission, by Demand Draft in the name of "MIT School of Distance Education", payable at Pune. The course material will be
made available within 10 days of payment of fees.

Note: Transfer from one course to another is not allowed.

Procedure:

Fill up the form attached with this mail and send that along with required documents through courier. Please send your confirmation on
pkmalik@mitsde.com.

Submit applications online by mentioning RBA in reference column with RBA code as 20080120 and write a mail at
pkmalik@mitsde.com for confirmation.

Instructions for Filling up the the online form:

1) General information to be provided with details like name, address and other details.
2) The address which you mention should be the address on which you need the correspondence from our side
Like Study kit etc.
3) Pin Code for address and email id is necessary.
4) In Reference column please select RBA and put 20080120 as RBA code.
5) After submitting the form please cut and paste that in word format and send on pkmalik@mitsde.com for
Confirmation.

Mode of Payment:
1) DD in favour of “MIT School of Distance Education” payable at Pune.
2) Online payment through Credit or Debit Card.

Cancellation of Admission/Refund of Course Fee

Students who submit an admission cancellation application or application for refund of course fee, within a month of admission, will

 receive a refund of the course fee, after deduction of 25% administrative charges.

The refund is subject to return of the study material kit in good condition to MIT School of Distance Education. If the kit is not returned,
the course fee will be refunded after deduction of 50% administrative charges.

Cancellation may be done in writing within a month of taking admission. Any applications received thereafter will not be considered.

Change of Category from NRI to Civilian

If intimation is provided within one months time from the date of registration then 20% of NRI course fee will be charged as
administrative charges (civilian course fee + 20% of NRI course fee).

If intimation is provided within two months time from the date of registration then 40% of NRI course fee will be charged as
administrative charges (civilian course fee + 40% of NRI course fee).

After three months from the date of registration fees cannot be refunded but the student can change the category.

Change of Category from Civilian to NRI

Student can change the Category from Civilian to NRI by paying the difference between the course fees.

Other Fees

Courier charges for prospectus is Rs. 1050 (Rs. 1000 for prospectus + Rs. 50 for courier charges) and US $ 70 (US $ 50 for prospectus
+ US $ 20 for courier charges).

Students are required to mention their name, contact details and type of fee being submitted on the reverse side of the
Demand Draft.

Educational Loan through HDFC Bank

In order to support the financial requirement of the students for paying the programme fees, MITSDE would issue admission offer
letters to eligible students. The student should send the documents by courier / post or scanned copies by email. Documents required
for admission - print out of filled-up online application form, xerox copy of degree certificate / diploma certificate (along with experience
certificate in case of diploma holder)

After getting the documents checked for eligibility MITSDE would issue an offer letter for admission to the student. The offer letter may
be presented to HDFC bank for education loan.
