dish cloth

materials:
wortsed wieght cotton yarn
hook size 4mm-5mm (the bigger the hook
the bigger the cloth.) i use 4.25mm.

crochet pattern pattern:


BODY
by emily sparks ch 27
row 1 dc in 3rd ch from hook (25 dc)
row 2 bhdc* in all dc accross row (25 dc,) ch
2, turn.
row 3-14 repeat row 2

EDGE
ch i
turn cloth so you are working down the side
of the cloth.
side 1: evenly space 28 hdc across the side,
3hdc in the corner stitch
turn cloth so you work along the bottom
edge.
bottom: hdc in each stitch across the bottom
(25 hdc,) 3 hdc in corner stitch.
turn cloth so you are working along the
second side.
side2: evenly space 28 hdc across the side,
3 hdc in corner stitch.
turn cloth to work along the top of cloth.
top: hdc in each stitch across the top (25
hdc,) 3hdc in corner, connect to first hdc with
a slip stitch.

tie and weave in the ends

*may be replaced with a dc and worked in


back loops ONLY. risges won’t be as large.
