The purpose of this project is to know about the effect of different factors onthe job satisfaction level of employees. For this purpose we selected fast foodrestaurants in Lahore to obtain necessary data and its analysis.With the completion of this project we have learned that how job satisfactionlevel varies and its impacts on the organization.A job is a role, and work is the means to fulfill that role. One of the importantfactors behind every successful organization is its employees. Every organizationunderstands the importance of experienced and good employees. Therefore, it is veryimportant to retain such employees and ensure they are happy in their current jobs.The Job satisfaction of such employees plays very important role in achieving anOrganizational effectiveness.Job satisfaction is considered to one’s feeling or state of mind regarding thenature of their work. It can only come if the role is clear, and the person is guided anddeveloped to fulfill that role. It benefits the organization including reduction incomplaints and criticism, absenteeism and turnover as well as it improve punctualityand worker confidence. Therefore, job satisfaction should be determined after a carefulorganization analysis, environment and culture of an organization.Job satisfaction levels in fast food restaurants are being judged at all the levelsof the organization. The higher level of satisfaction in employees helps the company toachieve the goals effectively and efficiently. 12
