Energy Audit -

Final plans and commitments were put in place for the January 23

energy audit at theBA, beginning at 1 PM and scheduled for completion at approximately 7 PM.

Action Items Update -

1.Inquiry about towns that received EECB grants rather than Bradford seems to indicatethat towns that had conducted energy audits got grants. Some of the larger towns gotboth directing and grants.2.Draft letter on VHCB was provided to the BCC3.Letter on VHCB was distributed by Nancy to legislators and local print media4.Letter on VHCB to be placed on Bradford-listserve Jan. 225.New canopies were priced by Barbara at Mitch's: 10x10 = $250, 10x20 = $325, Sides =$30, Ends = $50, Divider partitions = $15. Calendar Supper February 13

Donations this year are more difficult to obtain. The collection point for items for theauction is at Nikki Darrling's.

Tom reported that despite the abundant snow on the ground, the size of the brush piledictates that we delay burning at least until afterr the Calendar Supper.

Development of 2010 Priorities List -

Excerpts from minutes taken during 2009 were reviewed to identify possibilitiesoverlooked / undone that remain relevant. Process will continue at January 30

BCCRetreat.

Nancy to contact railroad about access to the Sweet property
