With the Santa Clara River as its focal point, Landmark Village is Newhall Ranch’s first plannedvillage. Its design is traditional and its feel is small town, with a village quad, quiet streets,homes with front porches and neighborhood shops.

Landmark is located between the Santa Clara River and State Route 126 in unincorporated LosAngeles County, about two miles west of the I-5/SR-126 interchange.

Landmark is planned to be the first village of the Newhall Ranch Specific Plan that wasoriginally approved by the LA County Board of Supervisors in 2003.
The Landmark DEIR must be completed and approved by the County to ensure that theplans are consistent with the approved Newhall Ranch Specific Plan.
Public hearings to review the Landmark plan and the Draft EIR have been conducted.
The following is the public approval timeline for Landmark Village:November 20, 2006 The Landmark DEIR was released for public review andcomment.January 31 andFebruary 28, 2007Planning Commission public hearings held to review theproposed project.January 9, 2008 Planning Commission approves Landmark Village.February 1, 2010Summer 201045-Day Public Review Process of Recirculated Draft EIRBoard of Supervisors public hearings will be held to reviewand rule on the proposed project.(Note: Dates are subject to change.)
