Due to high demand we will collect pre-orders starting Monday, February 8 through Friday, February 26, 2010. Orders will go home the week of March 22 - 26, 2009. With your help, we can make this fundraiser a great success. As in the past, the profit from the sale will fund special activities for all boys and girls at our school. Our previous chocolate sales have been very successful. We appreciate your continuing support and hope you will help us again by selling See's candy bars and Easter items. Funds raised go directly to students for various activities and materials (i.e. field trips, student awards, and ete.), Attached to this letter, you will find order forms and envelopes. Each student must complete and return the signed permission slip below. Please return the correct amount of money with the order. Change cannot be made and we can only accept cash (NO exceptions), Be sure that your child’s name and room number are clearly marked on the envelope. Students can tun in their orders Mondays through Fridays. Orders will go home on the week of Monday, March 22 through Thursday, March 25, 2010. Please be mindful of when your child has an order to come home and remind your child NOT to leave orders unattended on the school playground. Orders lost or stolen will not be replaced, We encourage students to sell only to family members, neighbors, and friends. We strongly advise students not to sell door to door. We also encourage parents to help by taking order forms to work. There will only be one student winner for each award.
