Republic of the Philippines Department of Budget & Management REGIONAL OFFICE IV-A (CALABARZON) Bids and Awards Committee BAC Resolution Recommending Approval of the CY 2015 Annual Procurement Plan of DBM Regional Office IV-A RESOLUTION NO. 2015-001 WHEREAS, the DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT-REGIONAL OFFICE IV-A submitted the Project Procurement Management Pian (PPMP) to the BAC Secretariat for the preparation of its CY 2015 Annual Procurement Plan (APP); WHEREAS, in order to have a general agreement on the APP, the members of the BAC held a meeting to discuss some issues and details of the said APP; WHEREAS, the BAC confirms the procurement methods to be used as reflected in the APP, pursuant to the requirements/conditions of the pertinent provisions of the Revised IRR-A of RA 9184, particularly Sections 50, 52.1 (a) and (b), and Section 53.9 and 53.10 and compliance with Administrative Order No. 17 dated 28 June 2011. NOW, THEREFORE, The DBM ROIV-A Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to recommend the approval of the CY 2015 Annual Procurement Plan of DBM ROIV-A.
