This tutorial introduces business processmodeling using the BPMN process modelingstandard. This session will show how BPMNcan support different methodologies as wellas different modeling goals (e.g.,orchestration and choreography), usingactual business processes as examples.Sample business models will also bepresented and explored to illustrate themain concepts and notational innovations.Two short exercises (on paper) will givestudents the feel of modeling with themajor BPMN model elements.
