I wrote this ~3 years ago for an American neurosurgical audience and posted it previously on Scribd. After the fact Accuray legal counsel requested that I take it down for fear that I was "hyping" the stock during the company's pre-IPO "quiet period". It remains unclear how one can "hype" anything, i.e. embellish future opportunities, by recounting history, but apparently that is how the regulatory and legal worlds think? Ultimately since this experience may provide material for for my next installment, maybe in the end it was a good thing. Stay tuned.
