I wrote this ~3 years ago for an American neurosurgical audience and posted it previously on Scribd. After the fact Accuray legal counsel requested that I take it down for fear that I was "hyping" the stock during the company's pre-IPO "quiet period". It remains unclear how one can "hype" anything, i.e. embellish future opportunities, by recounting history, but apparently that is how the regulatory and legal worlds think? Ultimately since this experience may provide material for for my next installment, maybe in the end it was a good thing. Stay tuned.

I finally managed to read this and am so inspired by it. The trials of business survival and spiritual endurance that you persevered in overcoming, for so many years. Thank you for hanging on or I never would have met you or found a treatment. So very proud of you doc! It is only now that I understand how blessed I was to have made your acquaintance let alone be your patient. You and your family are very blessed people, I wish to meet them one day. Scribd is great, I will dig up something to post up as soon as I understand how to use this platform.
