directions Memorandum of Understanding or Co-operation agreements between CSIS and

the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC)", received on October 31,
2014.

Portions of the material have been exempted from disclosure by virtue of one or more of sections
15(1) (defence of Canada), 15(1) (as it relates to the efforts of Canada towards detecting,
preventing or suppressing subversive or hostile activities), 23 and/or 24(1) of the Act.
In addition, some of the information has been excluded under section 69(1) of the Act.
