is a tool for Twitter users who want to follow the most influential people in the areas of their interest,” said 18-year-old entrepreneur Brian Wong, whofounded the site with 20-year-old Sauder School of Business undergraduate LucasLemanowicz. “With a few billion people expected to tune in to the 2010 Winter Games, alot of people will be looking for the top Olympic Tweeters.”

is designed to simplify life for Twitter users – especially those who arenew to social media. Users enter their Twitter login information, select a category suchas ‘Olympians’ or ‘Nightlife,’ decide how many of the top Tweeters they want to follow,and click ‘follow.’“While the 2010 Olympic Winter Games are taking place in Vancouver and Whistler,they belong to the world,” said the Honourable Mary McNeil, British Columbia’sMinister of State for the Olympics. “Social media is the perfect way to share theexcitement, and it’s great to see a Vancouver company helping to make the Olympicseven more accessible.
