Instructions
Load
your
film
in
total
darkness.
Always
load
two
reels
into
your
tank,
even
if
you
are
only
developing
one
roll
of
film.
1.
Prepare
your
chemicals.
Mix
Sprint
developer
1:9.
All
other
chemicals
are
pre‐mixed.
2.
Pre‐soak
film
with
water
for
1
minute.
3.
Developer:
Refer
to
Sprint
time
chart
for
development
times.
Develop
Tri‐X
and
HP5
for
10
Minutes
at
68
degrees.
Agitate
continuously
for
first
30
seconds,
then
10
seconds
every
minute.
Pour
developer
down
the
chemical
recovery
drain
after
use.
4.
Stop
Bath:
30
seconds,
65‐75
degrees.
Use
straight.
Pour
in
stop
bath
and
agitate
continuously.
Pour
stop
back
into
container
when
done.
5.
Fixer:
5
minutes,
65‐75
degrees.
Use
Straight.
Pour
in
fixer
and
agitate
continuously
for
first
30
seconds,
then
10
seconds
every
minute.
Pour
fixer
back
into
to
container
when
done.
Your
film
is
now
fixed,
you
may
remove
the
lid
from
your
tank.
6.
Rinse
with
water
for
2
minutes
at
68
degrees.
7.
Fixer
Remover:
2
minutes,
65‐75
degrees.
Use
straight.
Pour
in
fixer
remover
and
agitate
continuously
for
first
30
seconds,
then
occasionally
for
rest
of
time.
Pour
fixer
remover
back
into
to
container
when
done.
8.
Wash
film
for
5
minutes
at
68
degrees.
Monitor
water
temperature
and
flow.
9.
End
Run:
1
minute.
Use
straight.
Pour
in
End
Run
and
agitate
gently
for
1
minute.
Pour
End
Run
back
into
to
container
when
done.
10.
Dry:
CAREFULLY
remove
film
from
reels
and
hang
to
dry
in
film
drying
cabinet.
Your
film
will
be
VERY
delicate
when
wet,
so
handle
it
with
care.
Hold
your
film
by
the
edges
or
the
ends
where
there
are
no
images.
Your
film
will
be
dry
in
about
an
hour.
11.
Cut
and
Sleeve:
Put
your
film
on
the
light
table
and
cut
it
into
strips
and
put
them
into
negative
sleeves.
If
you
are
using
35‐7B
sleeves,
cut
your
film
into
strips
of
five
images.
