existing renovation. Development costs exceeded $250 million. Largest profit center in the company.
• Mangrove Cay Condominiums - 13 Story 55 units, Post Tension Structure. Club House and pool. $20 mil.
• Rooms to Go, First New Design and Concept Store. Constructed the largest store on the East Coast. $5 mil.
• Steam Plant Condo, Pre Construction Services on $30 mil. Condo Project in Key West, led to CM contract
GENERAL MANAGER
• Responsible for managing day to day business operations, supervision of office staff, AP/AR and
contract management.
• Lead the development of long-term strategic plan and implementation of that plan.
• Assisted owner in securing financing through local lending provider on a $4 million dollar condo
development.
• Maintained strong interaction with clients, lenders and professional services.
• Successfully started up two service operations for existing companies, establishing Triple Net earnings.
DIRECTOR OF CONSRTUCTION/CONTRACT
• Represented owner in all aspects of construction, contract negotiation budget, and capital
expenditures.
• Liaison with all governing authorities to secure development order and approvals.
• Windward Passage Condominiums - $28 million, 6 Story, 55 Units, 450 ft. of new seawall and 50 boats slips
on Island Estate.
