ORDER ON INITIAL REVIEW that the Clerk of Court shall send a copyof this Order together with ONE summons form and ONE Form 285 to the plaintiff'sattorney who may serve the summonses or may send the completedsummons and 285 forms back to the Cler k of Court for service by the U.S. Marshal if theplaintiff has received leave to proceed IFP.
