All the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to plan for Teacher

Training Programmes under Rashtriya Madhyamika Shiksha Abhiyaan on Top Priority basis

keeping in view the guidelines which are annexed to this Proceedings.

Detailed Time Schedule is given here under to be uniformly followed. The Training

Programme has to be completed in 5 cycles in general. Two more cycles are for the Districts

where the Strength is high.

Cycle 1 : 19th to 23rd April

Cycle 2 : 26th to 30th April

Cycle 3 : 3rd to 7th May

Cycle 4 : 10th to 15th May

Cycle 5 : 17th to 21st May

Cycle 6 : 24th to 28th May

Cycle 7 : 1st June to 5th June

Immediate action is solicited in this regard.

GUIDELINES TO RUN TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMMES

 Select 15 District Resource Persons for each Subject, 8 Subjects viz.,(Telugu,Urdu,Hindi,

English,Mathematics,Physical Science, Biological Science and Social Studies) keeping in

View Telugu / English / Urdu Media and furnish consolidated list by 15th February2010.

 Identify only Head Masters and School Assistants for ensuing Summer Training

Programme.

 Identify Three / Four Training Centers depending on the overall number of Teachers to

be trained, with good facilities to run Residential Camps and furnish the list by 15th

February2010, as intimated earlier.

 See that, every Training Center accommodates atleast 125 – 135 Teachers (including

Resource Persons) wherever two parallel subjects have to be held.

 See that, one Deputy Educational Officer is made incharge for each Training Center.

Wherever English / Urdu Medium Teachers are sufficient in number, run the Programme

separately.

 Complete the entire plan of allotting Teachers in differnet slots of the Training Schedule

by 28th February2010, and intimate the same to the Head Office.

 Allott Four PET’s to each of the Training Centers and change the PET’s after every cycle

in each of the Training Centers.
