ORDER. Plf is directed to file, within 30 days of this date, a stmt identifying all members of Buray Energy International LLC & specifying their citizenship. If any of the members of Buray Energy International LLC are themselves LLCs, then plaintif f shall identify those LLCs & specify their citizenship as well. If the info described above is not available to plf, then filing of the stmt is excused. In that event, counsel for all parties should expect this issue to be addressed at the sched conf & should come to the conf prepared to discuss the issue & to inform the ct of all jurisdictional facts.
