Placing Your Fabric -
Practicing & watching are the two best tips!Set your flower stitch all the way left(minus). Set your fabric under the foot andnotice where the needle is in relation to thesetting mark. Sew.Visually watch where the center of yourcircle is. Repeat this practice for the centermark and then turn all the way to the plus.
Stitch Patterns -
The actual pattern you choose is going tolook different when sewed with the flowerstitch. The pattern changes as it goes in acircle. It is making the pattern, yet the waythe disk moves, changes the appearance. Sewsome patterns and watch the change.

Flower Stitch Foot
The Flower Stitch Attachment is low shank. Be sure to check your sewing machine toensure it will fit.
Attach the flower stitch foot. Drop orcover your feed dogs. Select yourpattern and stitch width.Ready to change the size of your flower? The small metal disk has plus and minus.Inside that metal disk is a piece calledthe setting mark.Loosen the screw. Move the metal pieceleft or right to the size you wish. Theinstructions appear to be pointing to theplastic disk, however I found I could notget it back to the smaller size. So, justmove the small metal disk (with the plus& minus marks).
