However, the deposit is non refundable if cancellations are notmade 72 hours prior to scheduled party date. Also, deposit may also be kept ifconditions of the room are not satisfactory to the museum manager.Adults are responsible for keeping all food out of exhibit areas, and making surekids’ hands are cleaned before returning to the exhibits. We ask that you haveadults on hand to help supervise while the partygoers enjoy the CMWW exhibits.There is a 3:1 ratio for adults to children for the safety of guests.We ask that you only use tape to hang your party decorations.
