PERANAN KEPIMPINAN GURU DALAM MEMPENGARUHIIKLIM BILIK DARJAH

Most community members believe that the effectiveness of a school is related to the efficiency of its management or principal's leadership style. Actually,this phenomenon occurs if one perceives success from the macro aspect.Conventionally.the success of an organization starts from the smaller unitsthatexist in the organization itself. Hence, this article will discuss the smaller unitsthat exist in the school organization, which refer to classrooms or microscale.The focus of the discussion is to suggest what should be done by teachers in classrooms in order to create effective schools.
Selari dengan perkembangan isu kepimpinan dalam pendidikan,banyak kajian dilakukan terhadap kepimpinan pengetua (Crowther, 1997;Sashkin & Sashkin, 1993) tetapi sedikit sahaja kajian dijalankan ke ataskepimpinan guru di dalam bilik darjah. Menurut Banathy
