Jack Weinzierl, the alleged top maney earner, filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. The trustee says: There are one or more transactions by the Debtor which have the appearance of being preferential transfers or fraudulent transfers. The Trustee anticipates vigorously contested litigation.

Adva ntage Conferences sued the BBB and lost. That adjudicated pyramid scheme had 98% of participants lose money. Many lost thousands of $$$$$$$

Jack Weinzierl, Tim Darnell, Jim McHugh and Advantage Conferences are being sued for fraud and conspiracy.

Advantage Conferences set up a charity using Tim Darnell's church's name without their permission, blessing or knowledge.

This bunch has also been involved in a stranger owned life insurance scam. 100 grand to 300 grand incentive payments were promised, but no money changed hands and many reps waited months for commissions that were never to be paid. Zero dollars changed hands. The program imploded.
