What is the NYCON Interim Executive Leadership (IEL) Program?
The Interim Executive Leadership (IEL) program is designed to help meet the leadership needs of NYCON’s member agencies as significant numbers of nonprofit executives are expected to retireover the next 5 years. Interim Executive Leaders (IELs) trained through our program will provideeffective transitional leadership to our member nonprofits to strengthen organizational health andeffectiveness during a time of transition.
