(III) Emoluments and Benefits: Rs.19,800/-
Basic pay of Rs.11,110/- in the scale of Rs.11,110-540(14)-18,670-560(4)-20910 and other admissibleallowances as applicable. Total emoluments will beabout Rs.19,800/-(approx.) in Metropolitan Centres.Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group PersonalAccident Insurance, Group Savings Linked InsuranceScheme (GSLI) and other benefits shall be as per rules of the Company. (Pay Scale under Revision)
(IV) Service Conditions:
As applicable in the Company from time to time. Postsare permanent and the selected candidates onappointment may be posted or transferred to any place inIndia as may be decided by the Company.
(V) Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be called for written examination to beheld on
which would comprise of thefollowing:
 GROUP A TO D:Objective Test:
Objective Type Tests of:(i)
English language(iii)
General awareness(iv)
Professional knowledge- for the post from Group Ato C.(v)
Instead of Professional Knowledge Test, NumericalAbility Test for the post of Group- D.The first three tests i.e. Test of Reasoning, EnglishLanguage and General Awareness will be common forall the candidates. The Test of Professional Knowledgewill be specific to each of the Group (A to C) as may beapplicable.Test papers (i), (iii) and (iv) shall be both in English &Hindi.
Descriptive Test :
The test in English language shall be Descriptive papercomprising of Essay, Précis & Comprehension etc.Candidates will appear for the written examination attheir own expenses.The Company reserves the right not to call any candidateto appear at the written exam. and interview. On thebasis of performance in written examination, candidates
will be called for interview and final selection will bemade on overall performance in written examinationand interview. Outstation candidates called for aninterview will be reimbursed to and fro sleeper classfare/bus fare by the shortest route from the station of residence to the station of interview on production of evidence of having undertaken journey for interviewpurpose.
The candidates are advised to satisfy themselvesbefore they apply that they fulfill the requirementsas to age, qualifications, caste etc. and if foundineligible, their candidature will be cancelled at anystage of recruitment. The decision of theManagement/ Selection Committee will be final andbinding upon the candidates.(VI) Examination Centres :
Appearing in the written exam. will not automaticallyconfirm any right of being selected for the said posts.Competitive written examination will be heldat
24 centres
in India. The candidates may choose anyone of the following centres, which must be indicated inthe application form clearly. No change of the centrewill be allowed at a later date. Company reserves theright to direct candidates to appear at a centre other thanthe one chosen by them for written examination withoutmonetary assistance. Company reserves the right tohold the written examination at some and not all theexamination centres listed below depending upon thenumber of candidates and other relevant factors :

Date of Written Examination: 09.05.2010.(VII) Probation & Training:
 Selected candidates if certified to be medically fit, maybe appointed as
on probation for a period of one year whichmay be extended twice by a further period of sixmonths at a time stretching upto one year. During theprobation period the candidates would be required topass the non-life “Licentiate Examination” conductedby the Insurance Institute of India. Only after passingthe said examination will the candidate be eligible forconfirmation of his services in the Company.A maximum period of two years would be available tothe candidates for passing the above examination.Failure on the part of the candidate to clear theexamination within the stipulated period will renderhis/her services liable for termination.The Company reserves the right to terminate service of the candidate if found unsuitable at any time during theprobationary period or the extended probationary periodwithout any notice or assigning any reason thereof.During the probationary period, candidates may berequired to undergo theoretical/practical training as maybe prescribed /arranged for them.
(VIII) Guarantee Bond:
 Before joining as probationer, the selected candidateswill be required to give an undertaking to serve theCompany for a minimum period of 
four years
includingprobationary period. In the event of their resigning fromthe Company before the expiry of the bond period, theywill be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent toone year’s gross salary paid to them during the year of probation which could be proportionately reduceddepending on the length of service rendered. Besides,he/she will have to submit a stamped Bond duly executedby two sureties of sound financial standing, for anamount equivalent to one year’s gross salary.Candidates resigning from the Company during theprobationary period shall be liable to pay the salaryreceived by them during their entire service in theCompany in addition to an amount of Rs.25,000/-towards partial cost of training. No lien/bond executed toretain a substantive post with present employer will bebinding upon the Company and no Leave Salary orPension Contribution will be made.

at the time of Interview.

For claiming reservation under OBC categorycandidate should belong to such Caste orCommunity, which is common to both the lists inrespect of Mandal Commission and the State Govt.
Lists from the State of his origin (as per the listpublished by the Central Govt.).
