The court ruled that none of the affidavits would be under seal (makes sense... Right to Know n' all)... so this case is what... a bunch of innuendo? That's what it looks like to me.

It isn't.

I had requested two Affidavits be placed under seal in part because one person had their life threatened by Gregory W. Floyd but the Court found that was not enough to seal, so I presume the Court will be pushing for vigorous disclosure from ALL PARTIES.
