PUBLIC INFORMATION -- Open Government advocate Allen Grossman has dismisse d his lawsuit against the San Francisco Ethics Commission and its Executive Dire ctor, John St. Croix, after they provided him with all withheld public records a bout the Commission's dismissal of 14 complaints referred from the city's Sunshi ne Ordinance Task Force.
