The Skill Gap
In this report I want to talk about gaps that hold people back. I want to talk about one gapin particular and this gap is called the skill gap. There are a lot o products out there that are being sold that people actually buy. Let meask you, how many dierent products have you purchased over the last year? These caninclude home study courses, online courses, coaching programs, DVD’s, audio programs, sotware or eBooks. We are all guilty o buying or downloading way too much stu.The real question though is how has your skill level increased as a result o all thesepurchases? There are a lot o people out there that get pleasure rom the purchase butthey don’t nd enough pleasure in the process o learning what it is they are supposed tolearn rom buying all these dierent programs.I want to say to you that knowledge is important. Knowledge is power. I know somepeople won’t agree with this and they may say that knowledge isn’t power. Try takingaction on the wrong knowledge and nd out what happens to you.Imagine business as a two sided coin, one side o the coin is action, and the other sideis knowledge. They have to go together. Knowledge is important because we have tounderstand the proper actions that we need to take and where to take those properactions.
What is holding you back?
