Clements High School Homecoming Dance 2015 PERMISSION SLIP has been invited by a student at Clements High School to attend the Homecoming Dance, September 12, 2015 at the CHS Campus. This student must have your permission and understanding that they will follow all FBISD rules for student activities and respect all Clements High School administrators and staff while on campus. In addition to the FBISD rules, both parties must know the following procedures: ¢ This permission slip must be signed by all parties before the CHS student can purchase tickets for the dance; no tickets are sold at the door. ¢ The guest must arrive with the CHS student or he/she will not be allowed to enter the dance. ‘@ Clements ID is required! If your date is from another school they must have a school ID from the school listed below and a valid driver license. If you leave Homecoming, you will not be allowed back in, No one 21 yrs, of age or older should be someone's date ‘The dance ends at eleven o'clock, be sure to schedule a ride home accordingly. ee ee Homecoming is a semi-formal affair. Dress accordingly (short dresses must be below your fingertips by your side) @ Tickets are non-refundable.
