Various Road and Sidewalk Improvements in and by the Borough of Freehold, in
the County of Monmouth, New Jersey, Appropriating $1,200,000 Therefor,
Including Grants in the Amounts of $230,000 and $135,000 Expected to be
Received from the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation and
Including a Community Development Block Grant Expected to be Received in
the Amount of $187,230 and Authorizing the Issuance of $615,300 Bonds or
Notes of the Borough to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof.

8. Introduction and Authorization to Publish Ordinance #2010/5 of the Borough of

Freehold, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey Implementing the Citizen
Service Act.

10 Resolution Authorizing the Monmouth County Mosquito Commission to Apply
Pesticides from Aircraft to Control Mosquitoes over Portions of the Borough of
