will
now
operate
under
two
options:
1.
To
enter
in
students
for
an
entire
class
–
‘Process
for
Class’.
Use
if
you
are
processing
for
a
single
class
with
the
same
certification
level,
location,
card
type
and
send
to
code.
2.
To
enter
in
one
or
more
certifications
for
one
student
–
‘Process
for
Student’.
Use
if
you
are
processing
an
individual
student
for
one
or
more
certifications.
Let’s
take
a
look
at
the
different
sections
of
the
program:
Please

This
is
the
first
step
in
the
PIC
Online
process.
You
must
first
select
either
‘Process
for
Class’
or
‘Process
for
Student.’
PIC
Online
Credits
The
top
right
section
of
the
screen
shows
how
many
PIC
credits
are
available
to
you.
There
are
currently
only
two
different
types
of
PIC
credits
–
EFR
and
then
everything
else
–
which
make
up
the
heading
‘Diving.’
The
‘Pending’
section
displays
when
student
information
has
been
entered
onto
the
screen,
but
has
not
yet
been
processed.
In
the
below
example,
the
member
has
56
general
PIC
credits
and
no
EFR
credits.
If
you
need
to
purchase
additional
PIC
credits,
contact
your
PADI
Sales
Consultant.
Instructor/Store
Info
(For
Independent
Instructors)
Since
you
are
logging
in
as
in
independent
instructor,
you
do
not
have
to
input
a
Store
or
a
Referral
Store
number.
In
order
to
process
for
a
Store,
the
member
will
need
to
be
logged
in
as
the
store
on
the
PADI
Pros’
Site
and
use
the
stores
POL
credit.
The
example
below
shows
that
the
Instructor
is
in
good
status,
is
insured,
has
good
QA,
is
a
renewed
member
and
is
qualified
to
teach
the
certification
level
that
is
being
processed.
You
will
never
need
to
input
anything
in
this
section
as
your
instructor
number
will
be
automatically
populated
based
on
how
you
logged
into
the
PADI
Pros’
Site.

Info
(For
Stores)
Since
you
are
logging
in
as
a
PADI
Store,
you
will
have
to
input
an
Instructor
number
or
Referral
Store
number
(if
applicable).
In
order
to
process
for
a
Store,
you
must
be
logged
in
as
the
store
on
the
PADI
Pros’
Site.
The
example
below
shows
that
the
Store
and
Instructor
are
in
good
status,
is
insured,
has
good
QA,
is
a
renewed
member
and
is
qualified
to
teach
the
certification
level
that
is
being
processed.
You
will
never
need
to
input
in
the
‘Store’
box
as
your
Store
number
will
be
automatically
populated
based
on
how
you
logged
into
the
PADI
Pros’
Site.
Certification
Location
&
Course/Card
Information
Please
note
the
following
items:
•
There
are
state
values
required
for
only
the
following
four
countries:
the
United
States,
Canada,
Mexico
and
Australia.
If
you
choose
a
certification
country
other
than
these
four,
then
no
State
needs
to
be
selected
and
the
State
drop
down
box
will
contain
the
value
‘No
State.’
•
United
States
zips
codes
must
be
entered
correctly
and
will
be
validated
(examples
of
good
zip
codes:
12345
or
12345
‐
1234,
bad
ones
1234,
23232
‐
222,
12
‐
2222,
etc).
•
The
certification
levels
in
the
drop
down
box
will
only
show
the
certifications
that
the
instructor
is
authorized
to
teach.
If
you
should
be
able
to
teach
a
course
but
do
not
see
it
in
the
drop
down
menu,
please
contact
us.
•
If
there
is
only
one
card
type
available
for
a
certain
certification
level
taught
(ex.
EFR
and
Tec
courses
only
print
on
their
respective
card
types),
you
will
not
have
a
choice
in
selecting
a
card
and
that
card
type
will
populate
automatically
in
the
‘Card
Type’
box.
Otherwise,
you
will
be
able
to
select
to
purchase
a
Project
AWARE
card.
•
As
a
Store,
you
have
four
‘Send
To’
options
–
Store,
Instructor,
Student
or
Referral.
As
an
Instructor,
you
have
two
‘Send
To’
options
–
Instructor
or
Student.

If
you
are
processing
for
a
class,
click
the
“Confirm
Course
Info”
button.
This
will
secure
the
Certification
Location
and
Certification/Card
Information.
If
required
fields
are
not
filled
in,
an
error
will
appear
under
each
of
the
required
fields.
Certain
countries
require
a
state
to
be
selected
as
well.
Find
Student
This
is
a
new
feature
that
helps
you
find
an
already
existing
student
by
name
and
birthday.
In
order
to
use
this
feature,
click
the
+
sign
on
the
upper
left
corner
of
the
section.
First
Name,
Last
Name,
and
Birth
Date
are
required
to
complete
all
searches.
This
feature
can
be
used
if
you
are
processing
a
certification
for
a
returning
student.
If
the
student
is
found,
and
was
certified
by
the
same
instructor,
the
Name,
Address,
Birth
Date
and
phone
number
fields
will
automatically
populate
with
the
information
already
in
the
system.
This
feature
is
in
place
to
save
you
time
in
re
‐
entering
redundant
information.
Add a Comment
