The Social by Social team will run a Virtual Workshop during the conference that will address the issue of how social media can add value to knowledge management strategies, and the challenges involved. Theywill do that by demonstrating the use of social media tools inside and beyond the event, linking thoseparticipating with those who cannot be present physically. This will involve Twitter, blogging, socialnetworking, live video streaming from a phone, and video interviews. Attendance will be free - as will allthe social media tools they use.
