INTRODUCTION

The European Employment Observatory (EEO), an Observatory funded by DG Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, of the European Commission monitors employment trends and policies across 30 European countries (EU 27, Croatia and Turkey, and Norway)

GHK manages the Secretariat for the EEO. On behalf of DG Employment, GHK e-mailed a
questionnaire to 300 research organisations in all of the 30 countries to source information about

capacity for labour market research

recent projects and publications
Annex A contains the questionnaire.

A total of 105 organisations are included in this document. The entries for each organisation cover information on names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, website and e-mail addresses, contacts, the status of the organisation, as well as information on research methodology, fields and focus of research and recent labour market projects and publications.

Countries appear in alphabetical order and within each country the organisations also appear in
alphabetical order by organisation name.
