Posted byAbu Muhammadon March 2, 2010Under Section 295(C) PPC Yousaf, Accused is,Convicted and sentenced to death and a fine of Rs.50,000/- and in default thereof to undergo further imprisonment for six months. He shall be hanged by
his neck till he is dead. The sentence of death issubject to confirmation of Hong’ble Lahore HighCourt, Lahore and a reference in this regard shall besent immediately.
Historical Judgment
Yousaf, Accused, is convicted and sentenced asunder
(i) Under Section 295(C) Pakistan Penal Code
Convicted and sentenced to death and a fine Rs.50,000/- and in defalt thereof to undergo further imprisonment for six months. He shall be hanged byhis neck he is dead. The sentence of death is subjectto confirmation of Hon’ble Lahore Hight Court,Lahore and a reference in this regard shall be sendimmediately.
(ii) Under Section 295 (A) Pakistan Penal Code
Convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for tenyears rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.50,000/- and in deafult thereof to further undergoimpriosnment for six months.
(iii) Under Section 298 Pakistan Penal Code
Convicted and sentecned to imprisonment for oneyear rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 10,000/-
and in default thereof to further undergoimprisonment for one month.
(iv) Under Section 298 (A) Pakistan Penal Code
Convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for threeyears rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.20,000/- and in default thereof to further undergoimprisonment for two month.
(v) Under Section 505(2) Pakistan Penal Code
Convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for sevenyears rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.30,000/- and in default thereof to further undergoimprisonment three one month.
(vi) Under Section 420 Pakistan Penal Code
Convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for sevenyears rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.20,000/- and in default thereof to further undergoimprisonment for two month.
(vii) Under Section 406 Pakistan Penal Code
Convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for seveny ears rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 20,000/-and in default thereos to further undergoimprisonment for two months.
