of the job– tasks, duties,responsibilities (TDRs) that are critical toperformance of the job
2.Person Qualifications –
knowledge,skills, abilities an individual must possess toperform the essential functions
3. Job settings
– the conditions wherein essentialfunctions are performed, and physical andmental efforts required on part of the incumbentto perform the job.
