SimonFanshaweisabroadcaster,writerandaward-winningcomedian.Heisaleadingchampionofdiversityandhasbeenactiveingayrightsfor30years.SimonistheChairof theCounciloftheUniversityofSussexandsitsonseveralBoardsoforganisationsintheprivateandthirdsectors.DhananjayanSriskandarajahhas,sinceJanuary2009,beenDirectoroftheRoyalCommonwealthSociety.Between2004and2008hewasheadofthemigrationandequalitiesteam,and,latterly,DeputyDirectorattheInstituteforPublicPolicyResearch(ippr).Dannyhaswrittennumerousarticlesandreportsonmigration,economicdevelopment,inter-ethnicconflictanddiversity.
