This program option reimburses moving expenses forbusinesses relocating to the CRA area. These relocatingbusinesses will increase commercial activity, whileproviding additional business opportunities. The CRAreimburses applicants on a matching $1 for $1 basis uponcompletion of the move. Program limited to $5,000 CRAshare. This program option can be utilized in combinationwith the Strategic or Comprehensive Enhancement ProgramOption.

1.
APPLICATION DRAFT - preliminary applicationcompleted by business, assisted by BRIC, andsubmitted to the CRA to discuss the businessimprovement and limits and conditions of availableincentive programs.
2.
FINAL APPLICATION SUBMITTAL TO CRA PROJECTMANAGER- to be placed on the next available CRACommission agenda.3.COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY COMMISSION, REVIEW FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL.
4.
CRA GRANT EXECUTION - CRA staff sends letter toapplicant indicating CRA decision. If approved, CRAstaff executes grant agreement award(s) - within 1week of CRA approval.NOTE:Incentive option must be substantiallycomplete within 1 year of grant agreement.
