2006 ACE Membership Directory
The American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE) is the “grassroots voice of the ethanol industry.” Formed in 1988,ACE unites and represents all facets of the industry – ethanol producers, farmers, investors, agriculture andcommodity organizations, industry suppliers, and other supportive groups and individuals.ACE promotes the increased production and use of ethanol through efforts to educate consumers and themedia, develop new markets, and enact beneficial legislation at the state and federal levels.
Mission Statement
ACE is organized to not only promote and expand the development of the ethanol industry, but to also:reduce America’s dependence on foreign oil imports;provide a value-added alternative for farm products;create public awareness of the uses and benefits of ethanol, while, at the same time, dispelling fears anderroneous product information;support legislative efforts to promote ethanol usage, and perform other actions necessary or expedient forthe promotion and increased usage of ethanol.

, published monthly for members of the American Coalition for Ethanol, is the newest, mostdynamic magazine covering the ethanol industry. Widely circulated among ethanol producers, investors,industry suppliers, and policymakers, the magazine highlights the people and events that are leading ethanoltoday.Ethanol Conference & Trade Show Each year, the ethanol industry comes together for the ACE Annual Meeting & Ethanol Conference and theACE Trade Show. The 19th annual event will be held August 8-10, 2006, in Kansas City, Missouri. Theethanol conference features addresses by industry leaders and national policymakers, break-out sessionsexamining key ethanol issues, and opportunities to network with the trade show’s exhibitors.
Legislative Efforts 
ACE is a strong, respected voice in Washington, D.C., working to ensure that ethanol is entrusted with aleading role in our nation’s energy security and independence. ACE’s extensive grassroots network alsoallows the organization to fight for favorable tax treatment at local levels, fair labeling laws, and beneficialproducer incentives. ACE membership is a strong mechanism that ensures your voice is heard from yourstatehouse to our nation’s Capitol.
