Company is submitting our scope of services and cost estimate for providing property management services on the above referenced properties, Scope of Services: Al lots that have been purchased thus far wil require mowing, with some requiring adltional cleanup. They will be mowed approximately wice a month until the growing season winds down, at which time ‘the frequency will be adjusted. Some potentially hazardous barrels have been let on lots that may require specialized disposal. The church will need to be boarded, fenced and the yard mowed. The parking lot across from ‘the church must be mowed as weeds and grass have taken over a8 a result ofthe deluge of rain. That lt wil be ‘chained and locked. The PME wil check daily to see that serves are completed in a timely manner, watehing for any security problems and adeitional problems. Looking ahead, the building at 201, 20° will need to be secured bby boarding the remaining front doors and windows, as well as being fenced and the grass mowed. The smal apartment building at 321 N, Crawiord will require notice to the tenants to vacate, as well as mowing, boarding and fencing.
