Activity One:

Cowboy and Cowgirl name tags• Allow children to colour and decorate their name tags. These can be worn duringyour rodeo theme.

Activity Two:

Cowboy/girl masks with hat• Children are to draw the face on their mask and decorate their hat. Provide a varietyof materials for the hat, feathers, sequence glitter, straw. Once completed cut outand stick to a paddle pop stick.

Activity There:

Cowboy/girl Boots Mobile• Each child decorates, colours or collages their boots. Cut them out and hang fromthe ceiling during your rodeo theme. Lots of these decorated and hanging lookfantastic!!

Activity Four:

Silhouette horses1. Print directly onto cardboard and cut out the inside of the horse. Children can coverthe back with cellophane.2. Allow children to paint horses, cut them out to make a horse mobile3. Stick them to paddle pop sticks for children to play with4. Cover them in coloured tissue paper, screwed into balls, allow to dry and cut out.
