February saw a decline in the number of homes sold here in Explore Asheville

South Asheville and West Asheville continue to be hot markets.
West Asheville is beginning to go through yet another small
boom time. The first time was in the early 2000's as younger
people started moving into the area and West Asheville provided
less expensive housing solutions as well as a great retail center to
work with. As prices escalated in West Asheville rehabilitation
