match.com ‘Just Me’ CompetitionTerms & Conditions ("T&Cs")
1.
These T&Cs apply to the ‘Just Me' competition (the
"Competition"
) being run by match.comInternational Ltd (the
"Promoter"
).2.The Competition is open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 or over, excludingemployees of the Promoter, and their affiliated companies, immediate families, agents andanyone else professionally connected with the Competition.

To participate in the Competition, go to

Entries must be received by 11.59pm on Wednesday 24

March 2010 (the
"Closing Date"
).Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. Entries receivedby any other means (e.g. by post) or after the Closing Date will be rejected.5.No responsibility is accepted for entries that fail to be registered or submitted due to anytechnical failures or otherwise. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by thePromoter.

A panel of judges will select the entrant whose entry best demonstrates originality,imaginativeness and creativity. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondencewill be entered into. The Shortlisted Entrants will be notified by telephone by 6

April 2010.The Promoter shall have no obligation to notify unsuccessful entrants that they have not beenselected.7.In the event thata) the Promoter is unable to contact an Entrant within 48 hours of first attempting to do so;or b) an Entrant confirms that he is unable or no longer wishes to participate in theCompetition,the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Entrant from the remainingentrants.

The Winner will win a trip to Paris for themselves and a partner. The Prize Weekend will takeplace in Paris, France, in April 2010 (dates to be confirmed by winner). The Promoter willprovide two nightshotel accommodation, two dinners, a glass of champagne at theChampagne Bar at St Pancras and a luxury hamper for the train journey.The Promoter willpay for return travel costs incurred by the Winners in travelling from St Pancras, London toattend the Prize Weekend. The Winners shall be responsible for all other costs associatedwith the Prize Weekend.9.All elements making up the Prize Weekend are non-transferable and no cash alternative isavailable.10.Winners must, and hereby agree to:a) be available for the entire duration of the Prize Weekend;
 
b) sign a written acknowledgment of acceptance of these T&Cs and a separatewaiver/release of liability form provided by the Promoter prior to attending the PrizeWeekend; andc) sign the release form provided by the Promoter's service providers, and be bound by anyother terms and conditions imposed by any third parties providing services as part of thePrize Weekend or otherwise in connection with the Competition.11.If a Winner becomes unable to participate in the Prize Weekend for any reason he shouldnotify the Promoter immediately by contacting a member of the Jackie Cooper PersonalRelations Lifestyle Team on 020 3047 4000.12.The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining ShortlistedEntrants in the following circumstances:a) a Winner is unable to comply with any of these T&Cs;b) a Winner declines to accept the Prize Weekend or is unable to do so; or c) a Winner is not physically capable of participating in the Prize Weekend.If, in such circumstances, the Promoter is unable to contact and secure the attendance of asuitable replacement Shortlisted Entrant, the Promoter may appoint a replacement from analternative source.13.The Winners consent to all material recorded during the Events, the Prize Weekend or otherwise produced in connection with the Competition being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes. Winners may be required to participate in additional publicity events.Winners confirm that the Promoter can use their name, age, appearance, voice, likeness andany other details provided in their entry for the purpose of promoting and running theCompetition in any media (including the internet). The Winners acknowledge that no sumsshall be payable to them by the Promoter for such use by the Promoter.14.There is no obligation on the Promoter to broadcast or publish in any way any footage or materials produced or collected during the Competition.

The Winners agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and anyone professionallyconnected with the Competition, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors,advertising/promotion agencies, providers of services for the Prize Weekend, their respectiveparent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents(collectively the
"Released Parties"
) from and against any claim or cause of action,including, but not limited to, personal injury, death (except where such personal injury or death is the result of negligence by one or more of the Released Parties), or damage to or loss of property, arising out of the Competition, including participation in the Events during thePrize Weekend.16.The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil itsobligations relating to this Competition, but the Promoter will always endeavour to minimisethe effect on an entrant of any such failure.17.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to permit a Winner from participating in the PrizeWeekend at any stage in the Competition if the Promoter believes for any reason that theWinner's participation in the Competition is detrimental to the reputation or goodwill of thePromoter or the Promoter's group companies. In such event, the Promoter shall have noliability to the Winner in question.
