GREETINGS:

WHEREAS, there has been presented to me as the Judge of the ___ Judicial District

Court, County of HARRIS, State of TEXAS, a Court of Record, a Certificate of the Honorable

R R, Judge of the District Court of Cass County, Nebraska, a Court of Record, that he has a

criminal proceeding now pending in such Court for said County and State by the People of

the State of California, Plaintiff, against D K, Defendant, and that M L (hereinafter “witness”)

now being within the County of HARRIS, State of TEXAS, is a material, relevant and

necessary witness and that said witness’s presence will be required before said court on the

following dates, to wit: FROM MARCH 19, 2010 THROUGH MARCH 29, 2010 or until

released, upon the TRIAL of said criminal prosecution to be held before the District Court of

Otoe County, Nebraska, located at: 1021 Central Avenue, Nebraska City, Nebraska.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the matter of issuance of a summons directing said

witness to appear as a witness to attend and testify on the date aforesaid in said District

Court of the State of Nebraska, is set for hearing before this Court.
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that M L shall appear before this, the _______

DISTRICT COURT, 1201 FRANKLIN STREET, ____ FLOOR, HOUSTON, HARRIS COUNTY,

TEXAS, at _______________ on the ___________ day of MARCH, 2010, and IT IS FURTHER

aforesaid hearing.
