Adarniya agrajon,doston,sathiyon aur mere sabhi bharatwasi mitron,Main aap sabhi ka sukragujar hoon ki apne mujhe yahan amantrit kiya aur mujhe mere dilke zazbaton ko zahir karne ka mauka diya.waqt bahut keemati hota hai hum sabhi jantehain aur yeh bhi jante hain ki gujra pal kabhi laut kar nahin aata.atah aaj diye gaye awasar ka upiyog main kewl kucch chand halki,satahi evem samvedanavihin prasanshaon ke liyenahi karma chahata hoon,balki chahata hoon ki aaj aap sabon ke sang baithkar apne dilke bheetar jhaank kar kuch aise kathin sawalon ko tatoloon,jinme hamare aane walesamay ki kamiyabiyan chhipi hain.main koi jyotishi nahin ki aanewale sabhi lamhon kihaqueekat aaj hi bayan kar sakoon na hi koi tilismi jadui chhari hai koi mere paas,johamare jeevan ke har sawal ka zawab hazir kar de.par phir bhi maine socha hai aur mainyakeen rakhta hoon ki agar zindagi ke buniyadi muddon par hum sab miljul kar sochein,haath batayein , aur ekjut hokar taquat lagayein toh bhavisya ki chunautiyon kotakkar de sakne ki hamari taquat kai guna badh jayegi .humein apne manzilon ko panemein aasani hogi.zindagi mein hamne duniya ki kai hastiyon ko sapno ke bare mein baat karte sunahai.Mahatma Gandhi se lekar martin luthar king tak,Nehru se lekar nelson madelatak,APJ Abdul kalam se lekar,Barak obama tak,manmohan singh se lekar mahendradhoni tak,amitabh se lekar abhinav bindra tak,Narayan murthy se lekar ambani tak.Sabhisapnon ki baat karte hain.Haal hi mein aapne ek bhartiya paridrisya mein bani filmslumdog millionaire ki katha bhi suni hogi.in sabhi ke paripeksha mein ek sapna tha jiselekar who aage badhe aur kamiyabi ki alag alag hadon tak pahuche.kamiyabi ki imarateinkitni oonchi thee,itihas shayaad isko utni tawajoo nahi deta,jitni us baat ko deta hai ki kin paristhitiyon mein unhone aanewale kal ke sapne bune,zajba jutaya aur chal parechunautiyon ko lalkarne.Kahne zaroorat nahi ki insaniyat ke har guzre kaal ki tarah hamari aap ki zindigiyanchunautiyon se labrej hain.kuch masayal hain jo vyatigat hain aur kuch samuhik hain.Desh koi pranheen vastu nahin jo kewal bhaugolik akritiyon ya vikas ke naam par  banaye ja rahe imaraton ,rashton,pulon aur machine bhar se banta bigadta ho.Desh to ek  jiwant vyaktitwa hota hai jo banta hai ham sabhi ke sahare.Ham me se harek uska hissa banta hai,hamari soch uska soch banati hai,hamare zazbe uske zazbe ko saql detehain,hamare khwab uske khwab bante hain aur hamari kamiyabi banti hai uski kamiyabi banti hai.is nate,hum me se hare k aham hai is desh ko banana mein aur use uske bhavisya ko raushan karne mein.Isliye hamein har chhan yah yaad rakhna hoga ki agar hamein apne desh ya samaj ko mahan banana hai toh kewal hamare kuch ek ke mahan ban jane se yeh karya poora nahin hoga.Balki agar koshih karke agar ham sabhi doosronko mahan bana paaye toh sambhav hai ki hamara poora samaj mahan bane aur desh bhimahanta ki ucchainyon ko chhuye.Is naate zaroorat hai hamein apne soch ko badle ki.Abtak ham kewal apne aap ko mahan banana mein vyast rahe par na sukoon mila nakamiyabi.albatta kai nayi ,anchahi aur anjani muskil zaroor uth khare huyehain.Asuraksha,berozgari,pradushan,garibi,bhhokhmari,hinsa,apradh,asiksha,ghrina,bimari,bhrastachar-sab mein izafa hua hai.per capita income zaroor badha par sang hi kho gayihamari pehchan,hamari insaniyat,hamara sukoon aur hamari dariyadili.In sab par gau pharmane ki zaroorat hai.
 
Sari duniya paschim ke deshon ko tarakki ka paimana manti hai.Puri duniya meinamreeki vikas ke model ki sarahana ki jaati hai.so maine unke pichle 20 rashtrapatiyon kesapath graham ke waqt diye gaye pratham bhashano ko padha.yeh woh shabd the jinki bina par unhone apne desh ko aage badhaya aur tarakki aur khushali ki or badhne kikoshish ki.par natija saamne hai.aaj yeh desh sari duniya mein kai morchon par zang ladraha hai,lakhon saink marwa chukka hai,karoron ki maut ka karan bana,mandee ki chapetmein hain,udhar khane ki aadat se mazboor hai,berozgari se joonjh raha hai,abortionmein aagey hai,suicide attempt mein aagay hai,divorce mein aagey hai,anathalayamein,vridhhashram mein,hospital mein,aslil sahitya wa manoranjan mein aagey hai.halatitne badtar hain ki samanya vaivahik jeewan unki awdharna se pare hai.har doosre vyaktike kam se kam do maata pita hote hain.har teesra vyakti suicide attempt karta hai,har chaunthi larki teen pregnancy aur abortion ka sheekar hoti hai.lagbhag 90 pratishat logkisi na kisi nashe ke shikar hote hain.Toh kya hamare main bhi ubharte bharat ki yahitasweerein hain???aur agar nahi toh hamne apne desh ke bhavisya ko lekar kya sapnedekha hai.mat bhuliye desh ki taqdir hamari taqdeer se zura hai aur hamari taqdeer sedesh ki taqdeer zuri hai.is naate nah to ham yeh keh sakte hain ki “ ham kya karein,mereakele ke chahane se kya hoga??” nah yeh keh sakte hain ki “desh chalane ki zimmewarihamari thode hi na hai,yeh toh netaon ki hai yah police ya fauz ki hai”.In mein se koi bhiaasman se nahi tapakta hai.unhe yah toh ham chunte hain ,ya who hum me se hi kuchhote hain joh alag alag jimmewariyon ka nirwah kartein hain.is liye un sabon ke liye bhihum sedhe seedhe jimmewar hain.Sab se pehle baat apne loktantra ki,jiski zaan hoti hai matadhikar.humne appne desh kiazadi pane,ganatantra banae aur sabon ke liye mat ka adhikar hashil karne ke liye kaikaroor bhartiyon ki sahadat dee hai.soh agar ham apne maat ka hi prayog nahi karte tohhum apne purwajon,swantantrata senaniyon aur deshbhakton ka samman hi nahikarte.yeh ek adhikar hi nahi balki yeh ek zimmewari hai.aaj ke paripekshya ko dekhkar shayad aap asha heen ho jate honge yeh sochkar ki is desh ki jati,dharm,khetriyata,ling keaddhar par banti raajneeti mein aapki soch ki kya ahmiyat hogi.par yeh nah bhuliye ki paristhitiyan itni bigri isliye hai ki hume rajneeti ke akhare se kewal bhrasta,anushashanheen aur swarthy logon ke bhaya se bhaag khare huye.unki shorgul mein humapni zayaj baat kehni ki himmat hi chhor baithe. Yah phir yeh bhi ho sakta hai ham meinse kaiyon ne unhe mohre ki tarah istemal kiya apne swrthon ki purti ka madhyam bananamein.hamari hi voton se chune weh aaj itne taqatwar ho gaye ki ham par hi hawi hogaye.nah unhe apni jimmewari ka ehsash raha na hamein chunauti dene ki taqat.par phir  bhi agar ham aankron par dhyan dein toh payenge ki hum aaj bhi sahi logon ko chunaneki taqat rakhte hain,apne muddon ke prati unhe zawabdeh bana sakte hain aur kar saktehain ek naye bharat ka nirman-jo hoga mere aapke sapnon ka bharat.tabhi waqai desh banega mahan.aaj bhi jeet-haar ke antar muskil se 2-4% ke hi hote hain.aur bhot denewalon ka pratishat mushkil se 40-60%.soh agar banki ki 40% janata thaan le ki pariwartan laana hai toh use koi rok nahi sakta.zaroorat hai toh bas itni si baat ki ki humtaya kar lein ki hum apne maat ka prayog zaroor karenge.abhi lok sabha chunav anewalehain.koshish karein aap hi us parivartan ki neev bane jo aap is desh ki taqdeer mein lanachahte hain.Par iske liye zaroori hai apne swarth ke dayre se uthkar sochna.ham me seharek ko yah karna hoga.chahe hum naukri karte hon ya vyavsaya yah vidyarthi hon yamazdoor,hamein yah zanana hoga ki apne vyatigat jeevan mein income,prestige ya ohdonko pane ke alawa bhi hamari kuch samajik aur rashtriya jimmewariyan hain.jinhe pura
 
kiye bagair ham vastav mein aagey nahin badh sakte.uske liya hamein samay nikalnahoga.samay wahi de sakta hai,jiske paas samay ho.jiske liya pure din ke shram ke baad hichulha jalata ho ,who shayad utna samay na de sake,par zeevan ki maulik awasyaktaon ke prati jo aswasta aur sakham hain,unki jimmedari is mamle mein jyada hai.aur is naatesamaj aur desh ki apekshyan unse kahin adik hain.atah unhe in karyon ke liye samaynikalna hi hoga.”Kathin parishram” ka siddhant kewal vyaktigat swarton par hi lagoonahi hota balki hamari samajik aur rashtriya jimmewariyon par bhi lagoo hota hai.Aaj atankwaad aur asuraksha ek jatil danav ke roop mein munh baye khara hai.kahanazaroori nahi ki is chunauti ko hamein khatm karna hi hoga.par do cheezon par dhyan diye bagair yah khatm nahi hoga.1.eeski wajah kya hai 2.ise khatm kaun krega.zab tak eeskiwajah khatm nahi hoti yah kisi na kisi roop mein har din uth khara hoga.soh hame khayalrakhna hoga ki apne man ,vachan aur karyon ke dwara ham kisi ki azadi, samvedna aur samman ko thesh na pahunchayen.hum apne se jude har vyakti ko bhi apne jitna hi aage badhne ka awsar dein,apni kamiyabi mein unko hissa dein aur khushhali aur samriddhi kosamaj ke sang batein.warna irsya ki agni mein ham sab jal kar bhasm ho jayenge.Doosri baat yah ki koi bhi chunauti sahadat mangti hai,tyag mangti hai.ham mein se harek ko is balidan aur tyag ke liye tatpar rehna padega.jab tak ham is balidan ko swayam taiyar nahitab tak hamein kisi aur se is balidan ke apeksha karne ka koi adhikar nahi.aur tab tak hamkamjor hi hote rahenge.yaad rakhiye kisi desh ko uski sena ya police ya sarkar nahimazboot banati balki desh majboot hota hai mazboot irade wale nagrikon ke sahare.saathhi hamein yaad rakhna hoga ki ham un mahan bibhutiyon ke kya samman dete hain jinhone apni jaan dekar bhi hamare ganatantra ki asmita ko kayam rakha.yeh sammankewal chand prasansa ke bol boldene se nahi hoga,ya 26 january ko unhe mala pehnanese hi nahi hoga.yeh sambhav hoga tab jabki ham unhe dil mein unchi jagah deni padegi.unke pariwaron ko samman dena padega aur unki awasyktayon ko bhi dhyanrakhna bhi rakhna padega.tabhi koi tyag ya balidan ko tayyiyar hoga.aur tabhi hamsurakhshit reh payenge.Hamare samaj mein job hi deekate hain,unki zar mein hai vyatigat jiwan mein charitrik dridhta aur adhyatmik bal ka abhav.aur iska karan hai hamare jiwan mein Dharmpalan kaabhav.dharmnirapeksha bante bante ham dharmheen hi ho gaye hain.Yeh galat hai.aap chahe job hi majhab ya biswas mein aastha rakhte hon,zaroori hai kiaap unke siddhnton ka gahrai se adhyayn karein,unme dridh aastha rakehin.chhahe gitaho ya kuran,bible ho ya gurbani,sabhi dharmik gyan mein anant shakti himajboot,dhairyavan,evam charitrwan gadhne ki.agar ham vastav mein inme se kisi ka bhi palan karenge to syam ko kaphi saksham evam yogya bana payenge.dharm koi bhavuktamatra nahi balki subyavasthit vyaktitwa ke nirman ka safal evam vyavharik vigyahai.atah apne dharm se dridhta se juren evam nisthapoorwak uska palan karein.usase jusre vyaktiyon ka samman karein evam use banaye rakhne mein sahyog dein.dharmheensamaj pathbhrast aur dushcharitra ho jata hai.Atah iske liye bhi samay aur sansadhansamayojit karein.Ab zaroorat aan pari hai ki ham samman aur dridhtapoorwak vyakti aur vyastha ki apriyakhamiyon ke bare mein kehne aur sunane ki adapt daal lein.bewajah har mudde ko apni jhoothi maryadaon se hi na jor lein.warna satya haar jayega aur yeh ham sabki haar
