RETURN POLICY
It is our top priority to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years tocome. Our wish is for you to feel confident with our products so you will share ourproducts and business opportunity with family and friends. If for any reason ourmerchandise does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
IMPORTANT: Products will not be refunded on orders shipped over 30 days*.
Wewill accept returned merchandise in a resalable condition in the original, unopenedpackage or carton within 30 days of the ship date for a prompt exchange or refund.Discontinued, obsolete or expired product is not resalable.
 
PRODUCTS THAT AREOPENED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Allreturns are subject to restocking fee minimum of $15 or 15% restocking fee whicheveris greater.
We do not accept returns and based on the following conditions:
Smell and/or taste of products
If you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on ourwebsite
To exchange out for another productAll of our products list each ingredient along with the amounts contained in eachdosage. It is your responsibility to review the product specifications so that you maypresent them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosageamounts dependant on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on sta
 qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpectedreactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.
MAJOR CUSTOMER PROGRAM:
We do not accept Returns for products orderedthrough the Major Customer Program.
LARGE QUANTITY PRODUCTS ORDERED FOR EVENTS OR TRADE SHOWS:
We do notaccept Returns for products ordered for events or trade shows.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
Credits are not issued until the returned product isreceived at our shipping facility. Please allow 14 days to process your refund from theday of receiving the returned product at the warehouse. Once the shipment is returnedto the warehouse and verified, a credit will be issued in the amount of your refund, lessshipping charges and the restock fee, on the original credit card used for purchase. If you paid by bank draft (ACH), check or money order, you will receive a company checkin the amount of your refund, less shipping charges and the restock fee. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
Examine the package for any visual damage. If damageis noticed, request that the driver make a notation as such. If damage is concealed,notify us by e-mail atsupport@enlyten.comor by phone within 24 hours of receivingthe merchandise.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
We will be happy to replace anydamaged merchandise. We will send out a replacement item as soon we receive thedamaged item. We will pay shipping for replacement of damaged items.
