What is Consumer Learning?
Consumer Learning is the process by which individualsacquire the purchase and consumption knowledge andexperience they apply to future related behaviour.
Most of the learning is incidental. Some of it isintentional. Basic elements that contribute to anunderstanding of learning are:

Reinforcement
