PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure65, Plaintiff Constance McMillen, through her undersigned counsel, hereby moves theCourt for a preliminary injunction preventing Defendants from cancelling or threatening tocancel the Itawamba Agricultural High School prom, originally scheduled for April 2, 2010,and enjoining Defendants from forbidding Plaintiff from bringing a same-sex date to theprom and from wearing a tuxedo to the prom, pending litigation of this case.In support of this motion, Plaintiff submits a Memorandum of Law with thefollowing supporting Exhibits:A.
