Ms. Squire:

1 am writing to express my support far the Plnnacle Wind Farm at New

Page project. I have studied many different sources of information,
listened to the pros and cons of this project, and after doing an onslght
visit to the Edlson wind farm in Berlin, Pa and attending the public
hearings held at the Mineral County Courthouse, I feel that this project
will bring much needed temporary and permanent jobs to our county,
it wilt raise our tax base to allow us to support projecks for the good of
our county citizens and last but not least, it wlll provlde a new source
of alternative energy.
There will be a letter of support forthcoming from the Mineral County
Commission on a vote taken at our October 13, 2009 meeting but
please consider this as my own individual letter of support for the
project.

As a Mineral County Commissioner I am writing to express my support

of the Pinnacle Wind Farm Project. I have been reading materials
concerning wind turbines, listening to the pros and cons of the turbines
and have actually had the opportunity to visit the farm in Berlin, PA.

During the October 13, 2009 Mineral County Commission meeting we

voted 2-1 to send a letter of support to the West Virginia Public
Service Cornmission with the dissenting vote made by Commission
President Spjggle.

Consider this my individual letter of support far the project, The letter
of support from the entire commission is forthcoming,
