Terms & conditions of Appointment:-
1. During the period of training, except fixed remuneration, no allowances such as HRA, DA, and CCA etc. would be applicable. No leave except casual leave and medical reimbursement for self will be allowed during this period.3
 
After successful completion of two years probation period, probationer may be absorbed in the company in theregular pay scale as mentioned above, subject to satisfactory performance, with all other allowances as admissibleunder the rules of the company. The selected candidates will be required to execute a bond giving undertaking toserve the company for a period of at least 03 (three) years from the date of absorption.4
 
Age should not exceed as per above table as on 31.03.2010. Age relaxation of five (05) years shall be allowed tothe candidates of SC/ST/OBC and women as per rules. Management may consider relaxation of two (02) years inMining & Survey discipline. The departmental candidates will be given age relaxation of five (05) years for the post of DGM (Mechanical) and upto 40 years for Asstt.Manager.5
 
Those employed in Government/Semi-Govt./Public Sector Organization should apply through proper channel or submit NOC of the concerned department / organization.6
 
Outstation candidates called for interview shall be paid to & fro Second AC Railway/Bus fare for DGM (P.T.)&Second Class Railway / Bus fare for Asstt. Manager (P.T.) by the shortest route from the place of stay onsubmission of ticket/money receipt.7
 
Applications received after due date or incomplete in any form will be summarily rejected for which nocorrespondence will be made.8
 
Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.9
 
If a large number of applications are received, only those candidates, who are short-listed on the basis of higher qualification or experience or written test shall be considered for interview.Applicants should apply in the prescribed proforma, which can be downloaded from our websitewww.rsmm.com,enclosing attested true copies for proof of age, cast, degree/marksheet, certificate of experience, if any, etc. should besent to the
