During years 1989 – 2004 I was professor at University of Joensuu at Savonlinna, Finland. Since 2004 –present, I am Professor at University of Helsinki, Finland.
The paper was published digitally in Novak, J. (Ed.) 1993. The Proceedings of the Third International Seminar on Misconceptions and Educational Strategies in Science and Mathematics, Ithaca, NY, Misconceptions Trust. But the electronic form was the kind that most people cannot read. This paper been often asked from me. People have found it very difficult to download, because the file is a very big scanned document. Originally the document was written at Cornell University during those three months I was a visiting scholar there. My mentor was Professor Joseph D. Novak.
