a Computer-based training that comprises ographics, multimedia, text that is connected to oneanother and is stored in memory.Programmed instruction is the procedure of guiding theparticipants strategically through the information in away that facilitates the most effective and efficientlearning. It provides the participant with content,information, asks questions, and based on the answergoes to the next level of information i.e. if the traineegives the correct answer; one branch moves thetrainee forward to the new information. And if thetraineegives the wrong answer then different branch isactivated, taking the trainee back to the reviewrelevant information in more elaborate manner
